does anyone know if it’s possible to have all 4 inputs routed to the same path (not in parallel)? It would need the inputs to be summed.

You can turn Force Mono on and this will make output 1-2 a dual mono pair with the same signal on both outputs.

No, that is not possible. You will need to save each Program with the desired insert routing.
